Understanding the need for accountability, delegration of authority and team ministry, Northern Lights Christian Center has those who are designated to serve as elders, deacons, deaconesses and a variety of staff and board members. Each person who serves is interviewed and works under the spiritual covering of our pastor and elders as modeled in the Scriptures.
